Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a results-driven Business Development leader to drive growth in the Radar Test & Evaluation market across Aerospace, Defense, and Government sectors. You will shape strateg ic opportunities for radar modernisation, engage customers early, and lead cross-functional teams to win strategic contracts.

This is a high-visibility role requiring in-depth radar domain expertise and strong executive relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing technologies.
5+ years in business development, capture, program management, or strategic account management in Aerospace & Defense.
Proven success identifying and winning new business while building customer relationships.
Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar T&E market.
Identify and shape opportunities across radar modernization, missile defense, and related programs.
Build a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
Engage customers early to influence requirements and position solutions.
Lead account-development strategies for radar OEMs and defense customers.
Coordinate resources for compelling technical and business value propositions.
Support proposal development and capture planning.
