Job summary

Keysight Technologies in the United States seeks a seasoned Business Development leader to drive radar Test & Evaluation growth across Aerospace, Defense, and government sectors. You will shape opportunities from concept to procurement, collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in radar domains and in BD/capture, with a track record of building executive relationships and influencing decisions. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (5+ years) in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing.
• Experience in business development, capture, and strategic account management within Aerospace & Defense.
• Proven success in identifying, developing, and winning new opportunities with strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar T&E market.
• Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities across radar modernization and defense programs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
• Engage customers early to influence requirements and position solutions.
• Lead account development with radar OEMs, integrators, labs, and defense agencies.
