Job summary

Keysight Technologies in the United States is seeking a motivated Business Development leader to drive growth in the Radar Test & Evaluation market across Aerospace, Defense, and Government sectors. You will combine deep radar domain expertise with strong relationships to identify, shape, and win strategic opportunities for advanced test solutions.

The role requires experience across radar architectures, proven success in shaping requirements, and collaboration with product management,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing.
5+ years in business development, capture, PM, or strategic account management in Aerospace & Defense.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Experience with defense acquisition organizations, laboratories, or major defense contractors.
Ability to develop executive-level customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar Test & Evaluation market.
Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities across radar modernization and defense programs.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
Engage customers early to influence requirements and position solutions.
Lead account-development strategies for key radar OEMs, system integrators, and government bodies.
Coordinate internal resources to create compelling technical and business value propositions.
