The role requires deep radar domain knowledge, a proven BD track record, and the ability to travel up to 40% to customer sites and industry events.

Formación

• 5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, or defense sensing.
• Proven track record in business development and capture within Aerospace & Defense.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic growth plan for the Radar T&E market and identify opportunities.
• Build pipeline and engage customers early in the acquisition cycle.
• Lead account development with radar OEMs, government labs, and defense agencies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and leadership to shape opportunities.
