• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar Test & Evaluation market.
• Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities across radar modernization and defense programs.
• Lead account-development strategies for key radar OEMs, system integrators, and government labs.
• Engage customers early to influence requirements and position solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
