Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a strategic Business Development leader to grow Radar Test & Evaluation solutions across Aerospace, Defense, and Government sectors. You will shape opportunities, engage customers early, and partner with product, engineering, and sales to win major programs.

Ideal candidate has deep radar domain expertise, a proven track record in capturing new business, and strong international collaboration skills. Travel up to 40% may be required and US security requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Strong radar domain expertise and understanding of radar architectures.
• Proven track record of identifying, shaping and winning new business opportunities.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships and guiding programs through lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Radar T&E across aerospace, defense, and government.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities in radar modernization, missile defense, air defense, ISR and EW.
• Lead account development with radar OEMs, system integrators, government labs, and defense agencies.
• Engage customers early in the acquisition cycle to influence requirements and positioning.
• Coordinate resources to craft compelling technical and business value propositions and support proposals.
