Keysight Technologies in the United States seeks a motivated Business Development leader to drive growth in the Radar Test & Evaluation market across Aerospace, Defense, and Government sectors.

This role requires deep radar domain expertise, strong industry relationships, and a proactive mindset to identify, shape, and win strategic opportunities for advanced test solutions supporting radar development, integration, validation, production, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in radar, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing.
• 5+ years in business development, capture, or program management in Aerospace & Defense.
• Proven ability to win new business and build customer relationships.
• Experience with defense acquisition organizations and major defense contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for radar test and evaluation.
• Identify and shape opportunities across radar modernization, missile defense, air defense, ISR, EW, and multi-domain sensing programs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
• Engage customers early to influence requirements and position solutions before procurements.
• Lead account-development for radar OEMs, system integrators, government labs, and defense agencies.
• Coordinate internal resources to create compelling technical and business value propositions.
