Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a motivated Business Development leader to drive growth in the Radar Test & Evaluation market within Aerospace, Defense, and Government sectors. You will shape opportunities, engage with radar OEMs and government labs, and lead capture efforts from identification to award.

The role requires deep radar domain expertise, strong relationships, and the ability to travel up to 40% to meet customers and win programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing technologies.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in business development, capture, program management, or strategic account management within Aerospace & Defense.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar Test & Evaluation market.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities across radar modernization, missile defense, air defense, ISR, electronic warfare, and multi-domain sensing programs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with annual and long-term growth objectives.
• Engage customers early in the acquisition cycle to influence requirements and position solutions before formal procurements.
• Lead account-development strategies for key radar OEMs, system integrators, government laboratories, and defense agencies.
