Keysight Technologies in the United States is seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to drive radar test & evaluation opportunities across aerospace and defense.
The role requires deep radar domain expertise, strong industry relationships, and a proactive, opportunity-creating mindset to shape and win strategic opportunities for advanced test solutions supporting radar development, integration, validation, production, and sustainment.
Qualifications
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing technologies.
- 5+ years in business development, capture, program management, or strategic account management within Aerospace & Defense.
- Ability to develop executive-level customer relationships and influence strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar Test & Evaluation market.
- Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities across radar modernization, missile defense, air defense, ISR, electronic warfare, and multi-domain sensing programs.
- Lead account-development strategies for key radar OEMs, system integrators, government laboratories, and defense agencies.
- Establish trusted relationships with global account managers, programmatic, and technical stakeholders.
- Lead opportunity development from identification through contract award and support proposal development, capture planning, and customer presentations.
