Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing tech.
• 5+ years in business development, capture, PM, or strategic account management in Aerospace & Defense.
• Proven success in identifying and winning new opportunities with strong customer relationships.
• Understanding of radar architectures, metrics, and validation methodologies.
• Experience with defense acquisition bodies and major contractors.
• Ability to develop executive relationships and influence decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar T&E market.
• Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities in radar modernization and defense programs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
• Engage customers early to influence requirements and position solutions.
• Lead account development for radar OEMs, SIgs, labs, and defense agencies.
• Coordinate resources for compelling technical and business value propositions.
• Support proposal development and capture planning.
