- 5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, or electronic warfare.
- 5+ years in business development, capture, or program management in Aerospace & Defense.
- Proven success in identifying and winning new opportunities with relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Radar T&E.
- Identify and shape opportunities across radar modernization and defense programs.
- Lead account development with radar OEMs, integrators, and government labs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to position solutions.
