UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform delivering HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions. We’re seeking a Strategic Pursuit Consultant to translate customer needs into compelling narratives for high-value opportunities and guide executive engagements.

You’ll work with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to design executive presentations, demos, and workshops that clearly demonstrate UKG’s value to decision-makers, aligning content with approved messaging and customer evidence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic messaging, sales enablement, or related discipline.
• 5+ years creating customer-facing content for complex B2B opportunities.
• Ability to synthesize needs, product info, market context into a clear value narrative.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, or SMEs.

Responsibilities
