UKG is seeking a Strategic Pursuit Consultant to join the Strategic Positioning and Pursuits team. You’ll partner with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape how UKG engages customers in complex, high-value opportunities and translate insights into clear, credible narratives and executive-ready materials.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing and Legal, tailor messaging to stakeholders, and help teams move from initial requests to differentiated, measurable business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined professional experience in strategic messaging, sales enablement, solution consulting, customer experience, product marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing customer-facing content or experiences for complex B2B sales opportunities, such as executive presentations, proposals, demonstrations, sales plays, or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer needs, product information, market context, and competitive insights into a clear value narrative.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, or subject matter expert teams.
• Strong discovery, facilitation, stakeholder communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with presentation, proposal, and content collaboration tools.

• Apply enterprise messaging to complex opportunities and tailor it to audience needs.
• Translate customer insights and market dynamics into clear, credible value narratives.
• Develop value propositions, proof points, and executive storytelling for proposals and demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment with opportunity needs.
• Support executive engagements and shape the customer experience from opening messages to next steps.
• Make complex ideas tangible through visual storytelling, workshops, or interactive presentations.
• Advise sellers on message delivery and use of supporting materials.
• Capture feedback to improve content and maintain current market knowledge.
