Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic messaging, sales enablement, solution consulting or related fields.
• 5+ years creating customer-facing content for complex B2B sales
• Ability to synthesize customer needs, product info and market context into value narratives
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling for executive audiences
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing or SMEs
• Strong discovery, facilitation and stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with presentation, proposal and content collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Shape customer narratives and pursuits with messaging across enterprise opportunities.
• Elevate executive and customer engagement through demonstrations, workshops, and workshops.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Product, Marketing and Legal teams.
• Strengthen reusable content and drive continuous improvement of messaging assets.
