UKG, a leading workforce operating platform, seeks a Strategic Pursuit Consultant to shape how UKG engages customers in high-value opportunities. You’ll combine business judgment, customer insight, and storytelling to make UKG’s value relevant and memorable for decision makers.

You’ll partner with Sales and cross-functional experts to understand priorities and develop a distinctive, measurable approach, including narratives, demos, and workshops.

Formación

• 8+ years in strategic messaging, sales enablement, or related fields.
• 5+ years creating customer-facing content for complex B2B opportunities.
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer priorities with Sales and Pre-Sales to tailor messaging and pursuit strategy.
• Apply enterprise messaging to complex opportunities and create clear value narratives.
• Develop value propositions, proof points, and executive messaging for proposals and demos.
• Tailor messaging and materials to customer needs while aligning with approved claims.
• Create innovative concepts for communicating UKG’s value with input from stakeholders.
