UKG is seeking a Strategic Pursuit Consultant to partner with Sales and Pre-Sales, shaping how UKG engages customers in complex, high-value opportunities. You will turn customer insight, product capabilities, and market context into compelling narratives and experiences that resonate with executives.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to tailor messaging, prepare demonstrations, and deliver interactive experiences that demonstrate UKG’s value and differentiators, driving measurable business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic messaging, sales enablement, solution consulting, or related.
• 5+ years developing customer-facing content for complex B2B opportunities.
• Synthesize customer needs, product info, market context into a clear value narrative.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling for executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, or subject matter experts.
• Strong discovery, facilitation, stakeholder communication, and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with presentation, proposal, and content collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Shape customer narratives and pursuits by aligning messaging across Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
• Develop and refine value propositions, proof points, executive messaging, and sales content.
• Tailor messaging and materials to customer needs while staying aligned with approved UKG claims.
• Create and refine reusable content and guidance for sellers to apply UKG messaging effectively.
• Support executive engagements with senior stakeholders and help prepare demos and workshops.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Services.
