Job summary

UKG is seeking a Strategic Pursuit Consultant to partner with Sales and Pre-Sales, shaping how UKG engages customers in high-value opportunities. You will craft executive narratives, demonstrations, and interactive experiences that translate customer needs into measurable business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging, support executive presentations, and ensure consistency across materials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined professional experience in strategic messaging, sales enablement, solution consulting, customer experience, product marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing customer-facing content or experiences for complex B2B sales opportunities, such as executive presentations, proposals, demonstrations, sales plays, or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer needs, product information, market context, and competitive insights into a clear value narrative.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, or subject matter expert teams.
• Strong discovery, facilitation, stakeholder communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with presentation, proposal, and content collaboration tools.

• Turn insights and product capabilities into clear value narratives for complex opportunities.
• Develop value propositions, proof points, storytelling, and proposal content.
• Tailor messaging to customer needs while aligning with approved claims.
• Generate and refine creative concepts for communicating UKG’s value with cross-functional input.
• Help account teams address questions, strengthen differentiation, and show business impact.
• Elevate executive and customer engagement from opening message to next steps.
• Shape experiences through demonstrations, workshops, and interactive elements.
