UKG is seeking a Strategic Pursuit Consultant to shape how we engage customers in complex, high-value opportunities. You will craft narratives, executive messaging, and demonstrations, partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, and cross-functional teams to create compelling experiences that drive decisions.

You will translate customer insights and product capabilities into clear, credible value propositions, guiding proposals, decks, and workshops to support executive engagements and strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic messaging, sales enablement, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years creating customer-facing content for complex B2B opportunities.
• Strong writing, editing, presentations, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing or SME teams.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
