UKG is seeking a Strategic Pursuit Consultant to partner with Sales and Pre-Sales, shaping how UKG engages customers in high-value opportunities. You will combine business judgment, customer insight, and messaging expertise to make UKG’s value clear and memorable for decision makers.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate customer priorities into compelling narratives, demos, and workshops, ensuring alignment with UKG’s positioning and evidence from the field.

Competenze

• 8+ years of combined professional experience in strategic messaging, sales enablement, solution consulting, or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing customer-facing content or experiences for complex B2B opportunities.

• Shape customer narratives and pursuits by understanding priorities, challenges, stakeholders, and requirements.
• Develop value propositions, proof points, executive messaging, and sales content.
