UKG is seeking an experienced Strategic Pursuit Consultant to partner with Sales and Pre-Sales, shaping how UKG engages executives in high-value opportunities. You will craft Narrative, demonstrations, and workshops to communicate UKG’s value and drive decisions.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure messaging is accurate, differentiated, and evidence-based, helping sellers win complex deals.

Formación

• 8+ years of combined professional experience in strategic messaging, sales enablement, solution consulting, customer experience, product marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing customer‑facing content or experiences for complex B2B sales opportunities, such as executive presentations, proposals, demonstrations, sales plays, or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer needs, product information, market context, and competitive insights into a clear value narrative.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, or subject matter expert teams.
• Strong discovery, facilitation, stakeholder communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with presentation, proposal, and content collaboration tools.

• Shape customer narratives and pursuits by understanding priorities, stakeholders, and opportunity requirements.
• Apply enterprise messaging to complex opportunities and translate insights into compelling value propositions.
• Develop executive messaging, storytelling, sales plays, and proposal content.
• Tailor messaging to customer needs while aligning with approved claims and positioning.
• Generate creative concepts for communicating UKG’s value with input from sellers and SMEs.
• Help address customer questions, differentiate UKG’s solutions, and connect to measurable business impact.
• Shape customer engagements with senior stakeholders from opening to next steps.
