UKG is seeking a Strategic Pursuit Consultant to shape how we engage customers in high-value opportunities. You will fuse business judgment, customer insight, messaging expertise, and creative problem solving to make UKG’s value relevant and memorable for decision makers.

You’ll partner with sellers and experts to understand priorities, identify what matters to stakeholders, and develop an engaging approach—using narratives, visuals, demos, or interactive experiences—to move opportunities

Formación

• 8+ years of combined professional experience in strategic messaging, sales enablement, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience developing customer-facing content for complex B2B opportunities.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, or subject matter experts.
• Ability to synthesize customer needs, product info, market context, and competitive insights into a clear value narrative.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles or high-value opportunities.
• Ability to influence across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Shape customer narratives and Pursuits by understanding priorities, challenges, stakeholders, and requirements.
• Apply messaging to complex opportunities and tailor to buying context.
• Turn insights into clear, credible value narratives and proposals.
• Develop value propositions, proof points, and executive messaging for opportunities.
• Prepare and shape executive presentations, demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
• Advise sellers on message delivery and audience engagement to improve impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, aligned content.
