Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Renewals Manager to own renewal planning and execution for public sector customers. You will forecast outcomes, coordinate with Sales and Customer Success, and improve renewal workflows to ensure seamless continuity of GitLab’s platform.

You’ll lead outreach campaigns, analyze health data, and drive on-time renewals while maintaining strong customer relationships in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience owning customer renewal strategies and renewal processes.
• Ability to forecast renewal outcomes and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce, Gainsight).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal process for a portfolio of public sector customers from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with Public Sector Sales and Customer Success to align renewal plans and mitigate risks.
• Monitor health/adoption data to forecast renewal opportunities.
• Execute outreach campaigns and personalize communications for on-time renewals.
• Drive retention and timely renewals by coordinating actions to resolve renewal risks.
