GitLab Inc. is seeking a Senior Renewals Operations Manager to own and optimize the renewal engine at scale.

You will partner across Revenue, Finance and CX to forecast, quote, and close renewals, while ensuring data quality and operational controls. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve renewal efficiency, reporting, and automation in a fully remote environment with a competitive base salary in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience leading renewals or revenue operations projects.
• Strong understanding of renewal forecasting and retention reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end renewal operating model and data hygiene from identification to close.
• Develop renewal cadences focused on efficiency and process improvement.
• Define retention reporting with cross-functional partners and drivers.
• Collaborate to improve CRM data flows, quoting, ordering and billing.
• Automate renewal motions and implement scalable workflows.
• Support capacity planning, segmentation, and scenario planning.
• Manage Renewal Operations case-management including intake and routing.
• Document processes and mentor others on renewal motion.
