GitLab is seeking a Manager, Renewals to lead our Renewals team and protect recurring revenue across regions in a remote, asynchronous environment.

The role expands to a Senior Renewal Manager, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Legal to optimize renewal outcomes and strengthen customer relationships. You’ll hire, coach and develop Renewal Managers while focusing on timely renewals and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven renewals or sales management experience.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop Renewal Managers.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Legal.

Responsabilités

• Extend to Senior Renewal Manager as needed.
• Manage Renewals team to ensure healthy weekly activities.
• Review weekly forecasts and win/loss analyses to improve approach.
• Responsible for renewals of contracts and upgrades; drive customer retention.
