GitLab, the all-remote platform for DevSecOps, seeks a Senior Renewals Operations Manager to own the renewal operating model, forecasting, and data hygiene at scale. You’ll partner with CX, Revenue, Finance, and Sales to quote, close, and analyze renewals, turning ambiguity into clear steps.

Advanced skills in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel underpin your ability to drive retention metrics and scalable processes in a remote, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or similar analytical role with cross-functional ownership.
• Hands-on renewal forecasting, retention reporting, and contractual renewal mechanics.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills; able to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end renewal operating model from identification to close and post-renewal data hygiene.
• Improve renewal cadences, drive efficiency, and elevate process consistency.
• Define and evolve retention reporting with cross-functional partners (gross/net retention, churn).
• Collaborate with Revenue Tech, Finance, and Sales to optimize Salesforce, data flows, quoting and billing.
• Automate and scale renewal motions with standardized workflows and self-service insights.
• Support renewal planning, capacity modeling, and scenario planning.
• Lead the Renewal Operations case-management program and drive root-cause analysis.
