Motive is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector in the United States. You will own the end-to-end sales process for large State, Local, and Education accounts and drive growth in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

You will craft strategic account plans, engage executive sponsors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Motive’s value. Prior experience in Public Sector sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to large Public Sector organizations.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and growing book of business.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with lighthouse Public Sector accounts.
• Identify and develop account plans to deliver Motive value to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product and Software Engineering to address product/security gaps for Public Sector wins.
• Leverage analytics and team resources to optimize buying decisions.
• Demonstrate the platform's value through integrations and partner ecosystem.
• Understand Motive technology to inform iterations for Public Sector opportunities.
