Job summary

Motive is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector in the United States. You will drive new business in state, local and education accounts, articulating Motive's value and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Build strategic account plans, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage analytics to influence buying decisions while exceeding quotas and delivering strong relationships with executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Deep Enterprise sales experience selling into large Public Sector organizations.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and growing books of business.
• Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
• Data-driven mindset with independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with lighthouse Public Sector accounts.
• Identify and develop account plans for Motive's Public Sector prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product and Software Engineering on product/security gaps.
• Coordinate with the account team and use analytics to optimize buying decisions.
• Demonstrate power of integrations and partner ecosystem to prospects.
• Develop deep understanding of Motive's platform to guide customer decisions.
