Qualifications

• Experience selling to public sector accounts (state, local, or education)
• Ability to build and manage executive relationships with decision-makers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong strategic account planning and deal-structuring capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business with Motive's largest Public Sector prospects
• Create and execute account plans to maximize value and win rates
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Software Engineering to address security and product gaps
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize procurement decisions and drive customer outcomes
• Demonstrate Motive’s value to public sector customers and partners
