Motive is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector in the United States. You will lead strategic sales with state, local, and education prospects, closing deals and driving revenue in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate Motive’s value, manage complex evaluations, and build long-term relationships with public sector customers.

Qualificações

• Deep Enterprise sales experience selling into large Public Sector organizations.
• Strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapid growth backed by data.
• Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and articulate value to Motive.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, develop and grow new business relationships within lighthouse Public Sector accounts.
• Identify, partner and develop account plans for Public Sector prospects, delivering best value.
• Harness executive relationships to win RFPs and grow contractual-based business.
• Experience with complex Proof of Concepts or Trials.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Software Engineering to feedback on product and security gaps.
• Leverage account team and analytics to optimize buying decisions.
• Resolve problems by identifying issues and determining optimal actions.
• Showcase integrations and partner ecosystem to enhance value of hardware/software.
• Plan to meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
• Develop understanding of Motive platform and operations for iterative improvements.
• Stay informed on market trends to provide consultative insights.
