Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Account Executive for Logging Recorder to lead mission-critical sales engagements with 911 centers, dispatch offices, and local governments across the United States.

You will drive quota attainment, manage complex multi-level deals, and partner with ecosystem vendors to deliver end-to-end logging, recording, and analytics solutions while navigating regulatory requirements and procurement cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant public safety sales experience.
• Experience navigating long government-level sales cycles 6–18 months.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed regional sales quota for Logging Recorder solutions.
• Penetrate new logos and strategic accounts.
• Forecast pipelines with accurate Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligning with client goals.
• Lead RFP responses and coordinate partnerships with ecosystem vendors.
