Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Executive for logging recorder solutions in a national market. You will lead complex sales to emergency response agencies, navigate federal procurement cycles, and develop long-term strategic partnerships across DoD and civilian sectors.

The role requires 1+ years in public safety sales or 4+ years in related fields, with expertise in P25, NG911, and CJIS compliance. Travel up to 50% across the DMV and surrounding regions is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety, or 4+ years in similar roles.
• 3+ years selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities.
• Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public-record laws.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota.
• Lead end-to-end technical bid responses for federal solicitations (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
• Target new logos and lead complex sales to strategic accounts.
• Guide federal program managers and contracting officers through procurement cycles.
• Accurately forecast revenue pipelines and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
