Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an Account Executive with a passion for mission-critical technology to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies.

You will lead complex sales engagements within dispatch centers, navigate municipal procurement cycles, and build relationships with 911 directors and city leaders to drive long-term RaaS contracts and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales or related public safety roles.
• Or 6+ years in sales, public safety, or military sectors.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies or local governments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota within assigned verticals.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales cycles.
• Forecast revenue with strong Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Identify relationships with 911 directors and municipal buyers.
• Lead RFP responses and negotiate long-term contracts.
• Collaborate with ecosystem vendors to position integrated solutions.
