Job summary

Amazon Inc. is hiring for a ProServe Account Executive within AWS ProServe to drive revenue and customer outcomes for Financial Services clients in the United States. Qualifications

• 10+ years enterprise commercial sales experience.
• Experience exceeding sales targets with a consultative approach.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives, IT, and line of business leaders.
• Background in technology-related account management or field sales.
• Ability to translate business needs into financial impact and KPIs.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships.
• Knowledge of AWS services.
• Strategic thinking about business, enterprise software, and new tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead business outcomes and articulate cloud transformation value.
• Execute long-term customer transformation roadmaps.
• Develop unified account and pursuit plans with AWS account team.
• Establish executive relationships across business and tech groups.
• Deliver bookings, revenue, and CSAT targets with aligned outcomes.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and partner teams for deals.
• Create proposals and secure SOW sign-off; ensure post-launch success.
• Mentor and scale through shared learnings across ProServe.
