Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a ProServe Account Executive to drive customer outcomes through cloud transformation in the Financial Services sector.

You will build executive sponsorship, construct renewal-ready account plans, and advance SOW sign-offs while partnering with ProServe architects, managers, and delivery teams. You will translate technical concepts into business value, manage CRM workflows, and deliver revenue and CSAT targets across strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology sales or account management experience.
• Experience with sales targets, business development and CSAT.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and cross-functional groups.
• Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements to deliver business outcomes via cloud transformation.
• Develop unified account and pursuit plans with AWS account teams.
• Establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups.
• Create proposals and secure SOW sign-off.
• Drive revenue, bookings and customer satisfaction targets.
