Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a senior Proposal/Marketing lead to steer RFQ/RFP responses across the company and its offices. You will co-manage schedules, coordinate with lead writers, and ensure timely delivery that meets quality standards.

You will develop templates, assign responsibilities, and collaborate with legal, BD, and operations to craft compliant, compelling submissions. Strong MS Office skills and 7+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules and document development with the Proposal Manager.
• Create response templates and supervise content from SMEs to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate kickoff, review, and status meetings with lead writers and contributors.
• Support group maintenance of content libraries and Teammate resumes.
