Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs across all divisions. You will co-manage proposal activity schedules, develop documents, and ensure all submissions meet Hargrove quality standards under minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience, strong planning and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications (or related field) required.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of proposal processes and content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQ/RFPs for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage with Proposal Manager proposal activity schedules and document development.
• Create response templates and manage drafts through final review.
