Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead RFQ/RFP responses across all divisions and offices in the United States. You will co-manage schedules, develop documents, and ensure proposals meet quality standards with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a BA in Marketing/PR/Communication and 7+ years in marketing or proposals, with strong writing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• No certification required for this position.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQs/RFPs for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules, document development, and organization to meet quality standards.
• Create response templates and manage drafts through final review and approvals.
