Job summary

Via Benefits, a WTW business, seeks a Strategic Proposal & Presentation Enablement Manager to craft client and finalist presentations, coordinate proposals, and ensure brand‑compliant materials.

In this remote role across the US, you will lead RFP coordination, develop win strategies with sales and solution leaders, and leverage Copilot, Loopio, and SharePoint to accelerate quality, speed, and consistency.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in proposals, presentations, or sales enablement.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and document quality.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 skills; brand-compliant slides.
• Strong project management with multiple high-priority deliverables.
• Ability to translate technical info for executive audiences.
• Experience using Copilot or enterprise AI for analysis and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Shape storylines and format client presentations with branding and speaker notes.
• Coordinate RFPs, RFIs, renewals, and standard proposals from intake to submission.
• Review documents to identify requirements, deadlines, risks, and gaps; create workplans.
• Collaborate with sales and solution leaders to craft win strategies and messages.
• Deliver submission-ready materials ensuring accuracy, branding, and compliance.
• Manage timelines, reviews, approvals, and version control to keep pursuits moving.
• Use Copilot, Loopio and AI tools to improve drafts while ensuring human review.
• Maintain current content across Loopio, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Integrate inputs from Sales, Legal, Finance, and others for accurate content.
• Drive process improvements for templates, checklists, and handoffs.
