Job summary

Workplace Options is seeking a seasoned Proposal Specialist to drive the end-to-end proposal process from RFP receipt to submission. You’ll assess requirements, identify risks, develop templates, and gather core qualifications while coordinating with departments to meet deadlines.

Role emphasizes strong English writing, collaboration, and managing multiple proposals with QA oversight; remote work option supported along with flexible content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or a related role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple proposals with focus on project management & QA.
• Collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts and corporate personnel.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with clear, concise content.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write high-quality proposals in response to RFX and other solicitation documents.
• Gather information from internal stakeholders and ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.
• Create proposal outlines and compliance matrices to meet all requirements.
• Identify gaps or areas for improvement and address them with SMEs and the SAM Lead.
• Manage, coordinate, and track daily proposal activities.
• Coordinate with SMEs, sales, marketing, and other departments to obtain input for proposals.
• Write bespoke answers to customer questions and develop win themes.
