Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to own the development, management, and delivery of high-quality client proposals across strategic pursuits. You will serve as project manager, content developer, and quality controller, ensuring submissions are client-focused, deadline-driven, and aligned with our services and value proposition.

The role requires a balance of project management, persuasive writing, and collaboration with SMEs, delivery leaders, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing bids, proposals, or responses in a professional services, consulting, or B2B environment.
• Strong project management and coordination skills; thrives on juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to edit, simplify, and tailor content to different client audiences.
• Familiarity with proposal structures, formal RFP responses, and portals like Ariba, Jaggaer, or SAP.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and document formatting best practices.
• Experience using tools like Loopio, Responsive, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Review new RFPs or proposal requests; break down requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop proposal content and outlines aligned to win strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery and Commercial teams on value proposition and content responsibilities.
• Draft and tailor proposals including executive summaries, service overviews, methodologies, bios, and case studies.
• Edit and proofread contributions from SMEs for clarity and consistency.
• Coordinate visuals and design assets; manage timelines and solution illustrations.
• Package, format, and finalize proposal documents for submission.
• Track bid progress and update dashboards with status and metrics.
• Develop pitch decks and support presentation teams with oral coaching.
