Job summary

Weichert Workforce Mobility is seeking a Proposal Writer to lead the development of clear, compliant responses to RFPs, renewals, and other business development opportunities. You will translate complex information into persuasive content in collaboration with BD, Client Relations, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, business writing, or related field.
• Experience in global mobility/relocation or complex B2B services preferred.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time‑management capabilities.
• Excellent research, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern business technologies.
• Experience with proposal management, content management, CRM, sourcing, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools, including Copilot, to enhance content quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned RFPs, RFIs, renewals, and other opportunities from assessment to submission.
• Analyze client requirements and evaluation criteria to develop compliant, client-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Client Relations, CX, and SMEs to identify key messages and differentiators.
• Write, edit, and tailor persuasive proposal content connecting Weichert's solutions to client priorities.
• Manage proposal schedules, reviews, approvals, and production across multiple opportunities.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Weichert's voice and content.
• Leverage Copilot and AI tools to support research, writing, and quality review.
• Maintain and enhance proposal knowledge assets and reusable content.
• Support development of executive summaries, presentations, cover letters, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes and content governance.
• Build relationships across the organization and communicate with stakeholders.
