Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a US-based client, seeks a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal processes. You will review RFPs, gather inputs from Sales, Estimating, Design, Marketing and Legal, and deliver polished, compliant proposals on time.

You’ll manage deadlines, prioritise competing opportunities, and drive improvements to templates, tools, and workflows that enhance win rates and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in proposals, sales support, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full proposal lifecycle from intake to handoff.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies across opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, PM, Design, Marketing, Legal.
• Review RFPs and pricing to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Identify missing information and risk areas; drive resolutions.
• Prepare templates, qualification packages, and customer-facing docs.
• Maintain proposal file naming and knowledge sharing standards.
• Communicate status, risks, and escalation needs proactively.
• Share best practices and support training for consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal tools.
