Job summary

Journey is seeking a Proposal Manager to own the end-to-end proposal process, from intake to final submission. You will coordinate with subject matter experts across the company to craft compelling responses, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain a scalable proposal function.

The role emphasizes process improvement, content library expansion, and leveraging AI/automation to accelerate bid responsiveness. Remote-first with full-time commitment and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing complex RFPs, RFIs, or grant proposals and owning the process end-to-end.
• Exceptional organization and multi-proposal project management capabilities.
• Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail with commercial judgment and experience with proposal management tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive RFPs and RFIs from intake to final submission; ensure all requirements are addressed.
• Independently manage multiple active proposals with different timelines and stakeholders.
• Draft, edit, and tailor proposal responses with SME inputs.
• Coordinate final QA and submission, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Improve proposal processes, workflows, and content library; leverage AI/automation.
