Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a highly organized Business Development Associate I to lead complex proposal development from inquiry to contract award. You will coordinate with BD, PM, Operations, Finance, and Executives to ensure quality, compliant submissions and accurate pricing.

The role requires independent decision-making, strong project management, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders while handling several high-value opportunities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end proposal development process for complex and strategic opportunities, from initial client inquiry through submission and award.
• Develop, author, and manage proposals, statements of work, and commercial documentation that support revenue growth.
• Manage document control, version tracking and final quality checks to ensure submissions are complete and accurate.
• Lead cross-functional proposal teams across operations, quality, regulatory, finance, and executives within tight timelines.
• Analyze RFP requirements, study designs, and client objectives to craft competitive, compliant offerings.
• Evaluate project scope and resource needs to align proposals with capabilities and business goals.
• Develop budgets, pricing models, and cost estimates balancing profitability and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for proposal communications between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Present proposal strategies and commercial recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Drive accountability to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain familiarity with PCI services, regulatory expectations, and company policies for informed decisions.
