Job summary

PPD is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the preparation and development of advanced proposals aligned with commercial and operational strategy. The role may lead proposal strategy for assigned opportunities and collaborates with senior leadership to ensure accuracy and impact.

Responsibilities include analyzing data to write proposals, coordinating with contributors, and delivering compelling bid presentations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a related role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data to write and review study-specific proposals.
• Collaborate to ensure proposals align to operational strategy and budget.
• Coordinate with senior leadership as contributors and reviewers.
• Create initial draft of bid defense presentations with tables/graphics.
• Provide quality control and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and coach junior team members as needed.
• CRO/Pharma experience required.
