You will enhance organization and visibility across customer engagement, opportunity tracking, JV pursuits, and proposal support. This execution-focused role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in marketing, business development, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, business development, events, or communications is preferred.
• Ability to plan events, manage relationships, and increase brand awareness.
• Proven ability to create and edit professional proposals and materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer-facing events and manage logistics and scheduling.
• Prepare internal teams for engagements and ensure follow-up actions.
• Maintain Opportunities module with estimating team for leadership reporting.
• Assist in proposal development and create presentation materials.
• Develop professional slide decks for scope reviews and interviews.
• Identify networking opportunities and track related business opportunities.
• Coordinate entertainment events and related travel logistics.
• Support JV opportunities tracking and communication across groups.
• Build relationships with leadership, operations, and clients.
