You will research potential drug development targets, conduct outreach, and coordinate meetings with global teams, including handling minutes and follow-ups.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and travel up to 40%+. The base salary range is $76,000–$85,500 with eligibility for an annual bonus and a comprehensive

• Ability to learn PCI Clinical Services offering.
• Excellent telephone personality for client contact.
• Motivated, positive and self-driven attitude.
• Highly organized; able to manage short to medium term projects.
• Willing to work independently from home.
• Travel greater than 40% of time.
• Experience using Salesforce.com software.
• Ability to drive to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives in daily account management and meetings.
• Prepare for Quarterly Business Review Meetings and take comprehensive notes.
• Identify potential global drug development targets and conduct research.
• Support outbound calls or mail campaigns and coordinate leads.
• Attend client meetings and generate meeting minutes within two days.
• Support site visits, room bookings, and presentation materials.
• Assist with submission of legal documents (CDAs, MSAs) to legal teams.
