Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Proposal Writer (Business Operations Manager) to drive the creation of technically robust, compliant, and strategically aligned proposals. You will collaborate with site SMEs and cross-functional teams to define scope and win business.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Business Development, Technical, Finance, and Manufacturing, ensuring regulatory alignment with FDA/EPA/OSHA, and maintaining proposal records in Salesforce and related databases.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in technical discipline preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, life sciences, or related field required.
• MBA is a plus for strategic business roles.
• Proven expertise in technical writing, project management, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs and client requirements with SMEs to clarify scope.
• Lead technical discussions reflecting site capabilities.
• Incorporate regulatory requirements into proposal documents for pharma development and manufacturing.
• Develop strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet proposals deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Ensure proposals meet FDA, EPA, OSHA and internal quality standards.
