Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English.
• 3–5 years of experience as a marketing lead in proposal development at an ENR Top 100 Design Firm, with transportation industry and large public agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Enter RFPs/advertisements into CRM and develop proposal outlines.
• Manage proposal development from kick-off to closeout and collaborate with SMEs.
