Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) seeks an enthusiastic proposal/marketing coordinator to join the PA/OH regional team. You will partner with technical SMEs to craft compliant, compelling proposals and marketing materials aligned with client RFP/RFQ requirements.

This is a collaborative, hybrid role within a growing, employee-owned firm. You will coordinate from kickoff through production, work with designers and legal reviews, and help maintain CRM data, branding, and market research to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English.
• 3-5 years of experience as a marketing lead in the proposal development process at an ENR Top 100 Design Firm; transportation industry and large public agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparing project proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Develop proposal outlines and manage the full proposal development process from kickoff to closeout.
• Prepare major sections of proposals and collaborate with SMEs to develop content.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality submissions and strong client service.
